Andrew Mercer

LEAD ATTORNEY

Andrew is the Lead Attorney at Mercer & Company. He advises and represents companies and individuals in a variety of corporate matters across a broad range of industries and sectors. Prior to founding Mercer & Company, he was the Head of Legal at First Atlantic Bank, Ghana where he had oversight responsibility for the entire Legal Division of the Bank comprising the Legal, Company Secretariat and Corporate Affairs Departments. He also served as the Secretary to the Board and other Sub-Committees of the Board. He has had previous practice stints with a leading law firm in Ghana as a Senior Associate, where he gained extensive experience in preparing, drafting and producing relevant documents for litigation and non litigation client services.

He also had extensive in advocacy before Superior Courts of Judicature and lower courts in Ghana.
